Social Media Detox is basically taking a break from Social Media apps intentionally for a few days or weeks depending on your goals and needs.

In today's era, screens have become our lives and we spend hours mindlessly scrolling, not completing tasks that need to be completed, and neglecting our personal growth. Why are we using Social Media mindlessly? Just scrolling not gaining any knowledge, not being productive. When there will be no social media and no high dopamine levels your sleep patterns will be improved. You will sleep early and wake early which is a scientifically proven method for success and growth. When you will have a good sleep your day will automatically be productive.

See changing a habit is not easy and in this case, you are competing with your brain. Your brain wants dopamine and you are not giving it that. It will be very difficult in the early days no doubt but
